Exchange and Refund Policy

We offer exchange or refund only if the product received is damaged or defective.

To raise a request, please inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

A complete opening/unboxing video (from start to end, without any cut, pause, or edit) is mandatory for verification.

If the product is available, an exchange will be processed.

If the product is out of stock, a refund for the product value will be issued.

Requests made after 24–48 hours or without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
